What is a job match agent?
A job match agent reads your resume once, then searches jobs for you and ranks them from best match down. You do not have to type keywords into many sites and open dozens of listings. Ours covers jobs in India from BCVWorld, company career pages and a job search API, and every result links to the employer's own apply page.
Why match your resume to each job?
Many companies use an applicant tracking system (ATS) that looks for the skills written in the job description. A resume that does not mention them can be passed over, even if you could do the work. Twenty well-matched applications beat a hundred random ones, and the agent shows the skills missing for every job so you can decide before you apply.
Fresher or experienced?
Freshers: set your experience to 0 and entry-level roles come first, while senior roles are hidden. See also fresher jobs and off campus drives. Experienced: enter your years and you see roles at your level, not entry-level listings.
Apply early
New jobs often get most of their applications in the first days. Filter to jobs posted in the last 12 or 24 hours, and every job shows how long ago it was posted. Company career pages are read several times a day. Applying early helps, but it cannot promise a reply.

Apply safely
Every job opens on the employer's own page or on BCVWorld. A real employer never asks for money to apply or interview. Your resume is used only to match jobs for you and is not shared.
How every job is scored
- Skills (70%). Your resume skills against the skills the job asks for. Skills in the job title and in the "Requirements" part count more than "Preferred" ones.
- Education (10%). Your highest degree (diploma, bachelor's, master's, PhD) against the degree the job asks for.
- Experience (10%). Your years of experience against the range in the job. Roles far outside your level are hidden, not shown with a low score.
- Job title (10%). The roles on your resume against the job title, so a Java developer sees Java roles first.

How is the match percentage calculated?
Skills count for 70%, education for 10%, experience for 10% and job title for 10%. Jobs with no real skill overlap, or far outside your experience level, are hidden. No job scores 100%.
Which jobs does it search?
BCVWorld jobs, company career pages (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and more) and Adzuna listings. Only jobs in India are searched, and you always get the employer's apply link.
Is it only for freshers?
No. It works for freshers, experienced professionals and career switchers. Enter your years of experience, and jobs far below or above your level are hidden.
How fresh are the jobs?
Company career pages are read several times a day, so new jobs appear within hours. You can filter to jobs posted in the last 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days.
Is my resume safe?
Your resume is used only to match jobs for you. We never share it with employers or other users.
